Process:
① Send us a screenshot or URL of the item you wish to purchase.
② Pay our service fee on this site.
*Credit card payment is recommended for service fee payment.
③ Pay for the item:Bank transfer or app.
④ Provide your delivery address.
⑤ We will purchase the item.
⑥ Forwarding (+500 yen and shipping fee) or direct shipping.
This is the process.
For deliveries outside of Japan, shipping, packaging, and handling fees will be charged separately.
[Notes]
・Price negotiation, individual item sales negotiation, and other matters will be handled after the ticket purchase.
・We cannot accept returns due to your own reasons.
◎ For high-value items:
For items exceeding 200,000 yen, we will add 1% of the item price.
◎ For forwarding:
An additional 500 yen will be charged.
However, for large or heavy items, we will charge 1000 yen per item.
◎ In case of cancellation or out-of-stock:
We cannot refund the service fee. Refunds for the item price will be the amount minus the bank transfer fee. Please understand.
