I provide package receiving, temporary storage, consolidation, packing, and DHL Express pickup support in Tokyo/Japan for overseas clients.
This service is suitable for people who purchased items from Japanese marketplaces or online shops and need someone in Japan to receive the packages, combine them, prepare simple packing, and hand them over to DHL Express.
What I can do
* Receive packages in Japan
* Temporarily store packages for a limited period
* Take photos of the package exterior and shipping labels
* Consolidate multiple packages into one shipment when possible
* Prepare simple packing
* Print shipping labels or documents if needed
* Hand over the package to DHL Express pickup
* Send photos of receipts, labels, and shipping confirmation
Important Conditions
Before accepting the task, please provide the following information:
* Number of packages
* Tracking numbers
* Size and weight of each package
* Contents of the items
* Purchase source
* Destination country
* DHL shipping label and invoice information
* Confirmation that the items are not prohibited, restricted, dangerous, or illegal to ship
Costs and Fees
My service fee only covers my work.
Actual expenses are charged separately, including but not limited to:
* DHL shipping fee
* Packing materials
* Printing costs
* Transportation costs, if I need to visit a DHL location or buy materials
* Extra storage fees
* Additional work for large, heavy, fragile, or multiple packages
DHL shipping fees should preferably be paid directly by the client to DHL in advance.
Any additional costs must be agreed in advance through the platform before I proceed.
DHL Shipping Label and Customs Documents
The client should prepare the DHL shipping label, customs invoice, item description, declared value, and destination information.
I can print and attach the documents if needed, but I cannot create false declarations, undervalue items, or ship items with unclear contents.
Items I Cannot Handle
I cannot accept or ship:
* Items with unknown contents
* Cash, credit cards, bank cards, passports, IDs, or official documents
* Prohibited or restricted items
* Dangerous goods
* Weapons or weapon-related items
* Liquids, food, medicine, supplements, cosmetics, batteries, electronics, or branded items that may have export restrictions unless confirmed in advance
* High-value items without clear proof and prior agreement
* Any item that may violate Japanese law, DHL rules, customs rules, or platform rules
Process
1. Please send the package details first.
2. I will confirm whether I can accept the task.
3. We agree on the service fee and any expected expenses.
4. The task is confirmed through the platform.
5. I receive the package.
6. I send photo confirmation.
7. I pack or consolidate the items if agreed.
8. DHL pickup is arranged.
9. I hand over the package to DHL.
10. I send proof of pickup/shipping confirmation.
Please note: I only provide receiving, packing, and DHL pickup support. I am not responsible for customs delays, import duties, DHL decisions, customs inspections, or problems caused by incorrect item information provided by the client.
